USC History a success - Rule changes

The USC history has turned into a success with a lot of players. There has been some requests that all that want to be in should be allowed in. Management has had a meeting and desided on the subject that countries that exist today ALL also can participate in history USC but under a slightly different name. The reason for this is that management want everyone who want to participate do so. These rule changes takes effect immedeatly and therefor 1968 is effected. Countries that no longer exist after a certain year can not compete after this date. Some examples of what is allowed in USC history is Yugoslavia-Macedonia, Yugoslavia-Croatia, USSR-Latvia, USSR-Ukraine etc.

Chock and sadness has occured in Germany tonight as the management of Countdown GP themselves discovered their fatal mistake to send DJ Ötzi and "Einen Stern (der deinen Namen trägt)" as they found out he and all the song writers are from Austria. USC management (greg & Jörgen) insisted to allow Germany to send a new song instead since DJ Ötzi can't enter for Germany. As Germany send Jeanette's "Right now" to 2nd chance the new german song is Rosenstolz with "Auch im Regen" - the song that finished 3rd in german nf.
