Rebeca will represent Spain!

The Spanish delegation has selected Rebeca for representing Spain in Slovenia. USC Winter will have a classic diva from this contest, so she was 2nd years ago with 'Qué no daría yo', the best Spanish position ever in United Song Contest. This time, she will sing 'Se me olvidó' ('I forgot it'), one of the last hits from Rebeca in Spain.

Bea Bronchal will represent Spain

In the most exciting Spanish National Final ever, Bea Bronchal and Sin ti have won the pass to USC Summer and will represent Spain in the contest. She was first with only one 12 points, but 15 points more than the second song in the top: Per un sospir from Berta, sung in Catalonian.

Spain has doubts for 2001

TVE has really serious problems for finding the song for USC History 2001. Sergio told to the journalist that he doesn't know yet which song will represent Spain, but he said that nor Enrique Iglesias with 'Hero' nor Sonia & Selena with 'Yo quiero bailar' will be the one elected. "I prefer being bottom once more time rather than a Top 5 with a song that I don't like', he told to the journalist when they remind him that Sonia & Selena's song was the most famous in Summer 2001 in Spain.

Anael will represent Spain

Anael has won the Spanish National Final for representing Spain in United Song Contest Spring Edition. With her song 'Thinking (Piénsame)' will try to hace a new success for the Spanish delegation. The singer is now in Canary Islands preparing her performance in Stockholm and she is very exciting with this oportunity after she couldn't go to Beograd for singing in Eurovision Song Contest.

Spanish party before show

Merche made a little concert for her fans in Luxembourg the day before the show. She was very exciting singing her hits and she hopes a good position in the contest, due the last position at the final three months ago. Good luck, Merche! ¡Mucha suerte mañana!

A big name for Spain

The Spanish Delegation has announced a big name for the Winter Edition, due to the last position in the Autumn Final. "We must change a lot of things for not repeating the bottom", said the Spanish chief. "May be, the best way for winning is a big name, a very representative Spanish singer or group that make us dream with a new Top 5". In fact, Spain didn't reach a good position since the 3rd place of Rebeca in USC Summer 2006, long time ago... One of the favourites for representing Spain is D'Nash with his new single, Amanda, but the Spanish Delegation doesn't want to say anything yet about it. We will wait for news in a few weeks. "We promise an important singer and a good song".

Edurne will represent Spain

Edurne will represent Spain in USC Autumn Edition after she won the Spanish National Final Starlife. The song 'Amores Dormidos' (Slept loves) had the 40% of the votes. The song that will compete in Second Chance will be 'Tu peor error' from La Quinta Estación. Marta Sánchez, the favourite for the Spanish Delegation before Starlife, was the last and Era will try again in a USC History Edition.

The Spanish Delegation has made a party after the semifinal to celebrate that Roser will be in the final in Malmö next 22nd September.
