Because the blogger was moved into Google family our log-in stopped working. And there was no way to send complaints or to re access the account we start all over.

Talk to management so we cn send you the invitation E-mail. In that you create a USERNAME (which we all will see in a list) and a secret PASSWORD you have to remember (USC team can't see it). Then you be able to be a authorized USC reporter. Welcome
